Hi,

in the latest Getting Started Guide (7.3)
https://books.libreoffice.org/en/GS73/GS7315-KeyboardShortcuts.html

Shift+F2 is documented as:
"Turns on Extended Tips for the currently selected command, icon or control.
 The shortcut does not work with the online help."

So my guess is that Shift+F2 is an alternative to hovering over
a UI control, intended for keyboard navigation.

To reproduce:
* Display some UI elements with extended tips, such as the print dialog.
* Navigate to an element with extended tip, e.g. the "Pages" entry field.
* Hit Shift+F2.

Observation: Nothing happens.
Expectation: The tooltip of the "Pages" field shows up, as if invoked
  by hovering the mouse pointer above the control.

Note:
I *do* have local help files installed, I get extended tips when hovering
over UI elements that have them, such as in the print dialog (Ctrl+P).

Regards,
Tyler
