example document showing the problem
A reference to an empty cell which has number format set to date YYYY-MM-DD
gives a wrong date "1899-12-30".
Steps to reproduce:
1. Format cell on A1 as Date (YYYY-MM-DD).
2. Reference cell value A2 to A1: =A1
A2 now shows 1899-12-30.
Expected behavior:
Show an error like #ND (not defined).
