For bug 115817 we refined the Navigation TB for Writer as provided by bug 32869
(and OOo era bug aoo#5608) and implemented a new "Recency" mode for the
Sidebar's Navigator deck giving Back and Forward movements within a current
Writer session.
This enhancement would be to implement a similar navmgr for movements within a
current Calc session.
