usage of compatSetting elements allowHyphenationAtTrackBottom and
useWord2013TrackBottomHyphenation changes the layout of the DOCX documents,
shifting the last hyphenated line of pages or columns to the next page or
column.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached test document.
Actual Results:
Only 2 pages.
Expected Results:
Typeset in 3 pages, like MSO does.
Reproducible: Always
