mistakes in a multi language document

          Priority: medium
         Component: Writer
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

Description:
Trying to check the spelling on a document set up as Spanish language by
default but it contains some English words marked as such doesn't find obvious
errors like this:
¿Quien le escribio? It should detect the lack of accentuation in Quién and
escribió.

I doesn't work running the spellchecker from F7, neither the spellcheck while
writting.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new document, set the language for the whole text as Español-España
2. Be sure the automatic spellchecking is active
3. Write ¿Quien escribio?.
4. Tried F7 to spellcheck the document, it opens but shows No Language at the
top and does not detects the spell errors.
5.- Tried applying a style with language Español on it and even select the line
of text ans select Español as the language for it.

Actual Results:
The spellcheck while writing does not suggest "¿Quién " or "escribió?"

Expected Results:
Get a simple text like that correctly accentuated or at least detected with F7.

I've checked the Spanish dictionaries are installed and configured properly on
the Tools Options > Helps to Writing.

Reproducible: Always
