Yes, that seems appropriate, to add the Intel HD Graphics 6000 stanza to
vcl/quartz/cgutils.mm to the force Skia/Raster test (i.e. to deny Skia Metal). 

But any reason to not use the OpenGL era denylist [1] for the MacOS skia/Metal
as well? 

On MacOS, do we not skia test the Vulkan/Metal for needed driver device
signatures and record them to the skia.log in LibreOffice user profile?
