In the indexs of subdocument the page numbers are incorrect.
Steps to Reproduce:
See pages 2,6 and 10 of document master attachment.
Actual Results:
On master document attachment, at pages 2,6 and 10 the page numbers in the
index are incorrect.
Expected Results:
On master document attachment, at pages 2,6 and 10 the page numbers in the
index must take the pages of master document.
Reproducible: Always
