Indeed, [Ctrl]+[3/#] is listed there as Ctrl+3 (the effect of pressing the
[3/#] key without [Shift] is "3"); [Ctrl]+[Shift]+[3/#] is listed as
Ctrl+Shift+3 ... and that is correct, because the "3" is stable, while the "#"
depends on the keyboard layout. And it is completely unclear, what the "Ctrl+#"
should mean. Possibly there are some keyboards / layouts with dedicated # key
... no idea, but I'd just check and drop all such combinations, and wait for
consequences...
