Description:
The text field edit box for a line label opens on irregular place
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Zoom in, so you only see the page (and the line with text label)
3. Click on 'TEST' -> Text disappears from canvas
4. Zoom out.. you're actually in edit mode (but edit box is off page)
The position where the edit field appears is depends on 'Text attribute, text
anchor position)
Actual Results:
Text edit field opens on a irregulars place
Expected Results:
Somewhere in the area of the line. And ideally within view port
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
