UI: Show comment on mouse over in Draw/Impress
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Draw
2. Insert -> Comment
3. Type some text into the comment
4. Hoowever over '1' comment
Actual Results:
Doesn't show text; you need to go the edit mode to read the text.
Expected Results:
The comment is supposed to read. Not be edited constantly. So more a mouse-over
popup like Calc. The popup should possibly show with some delay. Say 2 seconds
