Attached example image has a caption.
When this is exported as PDF with PDF/UA enabled, an extra Div tag is added and
the PAC tool complains about it.
1. Open attached file
2. Save as PDF with PDF/UA enabled
3. Open the resulting file in the PAC tool
-> there is a warning about a "Possibly inappropriate use of a "Div" structure
element"
