As noted at https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/BSA is mainly an easy way to report a bug and does not include all the functionality of bugzilla. Also, per screenshot 2 from earlier today it does not always work. My suggestion is simply to include an appropriately labeled link from www.libreoffice.org/get-help/bug/ to bugzilla so a user might take advantage of the full power of bugzilla which might reduce duplicates.
