Bug ID: 65167
Assignee: [email protected]
Summary: Cannot open .vsd file saved with Visio 2013
Severity: normal
Classification: Unclassified
OS: All
Reporter: [email protected]
Hardware: All
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Version: 4.0.3.3 release
Component: Drawing
Product: LibreOffice

ZIP file containing diagram in .vsdx, .vsd, .pdf
I created a diagram with Visio 2013 and saved it as .vsdx
Then I tried to open the .vsdx file with LibreOffice 4.0.3.3 (Windows) and
4.0.2.2 (Ubuntu) but the shapes looked like black boxes in both systems.
Unhappy with the result, I opened the .vsdx in Visio 2013 and saved it back in
Visio 2003-2010 format (.vsd)
Then I tried to open the .vsd file in LibreOffice but the file simply won't
open, neither in 4.0.3.3 nor in 4.0.2.2. LibreOffice just says: "General error.
General input/output error."
Attached please find a minimal example to reproduce the problem. Thank you for
your support.
