LO tries to provide an easy non cluttered webpage that does not overwhelm the users with too much info. That does not mean that more details can't be found, but they are on sub-pages. So in the case of the download that means you simply have to click the "Change System, Version or Language" link on https://www.libreoffice.org/download/ and you'll find what you need.
