File in which I encountered this problem.

Problem description:

I have modified a spreadsheet in which the cells were given with long text
fields that run outside the visible area of the cell. My purposes required the
text to be visible. So I modified the height of those rows where this was a
problem.

The was fine until I saved the document. When the document was reoppened the
cell heights had returned to a default value. This means that I have to
manually reset the cell heights every time I open the file. And it means that
if I seek to share this file with others, as is my intent, then they will have
the same problem and the information I intend to put before them will be hidden
in an inconvenient place.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Use the file I have created. Change the height of, e.g. row 4, so that all
text in that row's cells is visible.
2. Save file. Close file.
3. Open file.

Current behavior:

Change in cell height is lost after file saved and closed.

Expected behavior:

Change in cell height should be retained after file saved and closed.
Operating System: Ubuntu
Version: 4.0.2.2 release
