Problem description: when trying to open an xml file in calc, you get a general
input/output error dialog box. It doesn't work if you try and filter it by
extension type either. The file in is only 100k so it doesn't fit into the over
1 mb category that some have reported in past versions. Opens fine in MSO 2010.
Steps to reproduce:
1. open xml in calc
2. right click and open with..
3. Open and filter by extension type
Current behavior: general input/output error box. If you happen to right click
and open with calc, the program then terminates after you close the error box.
Expected behavior: Open an xml and edit it.
Operating System: Windows 7
