When custom bullet points are used in a document, those bullets should be
selectable from the bullets dropdown for easy reuse.
Something similiar is already available in the color picker (colors used in
document are shown as a separate palette).
A new section should be added to the bullets dropdown where the bullets used in
the current document are shown.
