People who are students learning FST (Fundamentals of Software Testing) are
self-forced to write spam bugs. I am one of them, I am sorry. I am just
learning to report bugs.
Just ignore these types of bugs.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make a temporary email
2. Create an account on Bugzilla
3. Report spam bugs
Actual Results:
Allows to create spam accounts that reports spam bugs.
Expected Results:
Should not allow temporary emails.
Should have a system of properly verifying emails.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
