Confirmed via duplicate, and I can also see the Navigators constantly popping
up again at a different location every time the window is switched. No need for
a multi-monitor setup, I can see it happen with two Writer documents the halves
of one display, both using a floating monitor.

CPU threads: 8; OS: Linux 6.5; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3

Same happens in Calc -> not Writer-specific.

Not reproduced with gen or kf5 VCL plugins -> gtk3-specific.
