In general people are happy with Bug Submission Assistant - if there are specific things to make better (very specific) report them individually. If they aren't specific, they will be marked as INVALID. As for original error - this is fixed as far as I know - BSA is up and running just fine on Linux, Windows & OSX on any browser.
