Description:
The blur effect from an SVG image (feGaussianBlur) distort shapes or makes them
disappear. In the attached example, the circle appears like a diamond, while
the star disappears. 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Import the provided SVG image in Impress/Draw/etc. 
2. See how it differs from the expected (see screenshot)


Actual Results:
The circle appears like a diamond, while the star disappears. 

Expected Results:
A green star on a blue circle with slight blurring on their edges.
