The example file in normal view, after unchecking Text placeholders - works

This is followup to bug 161340

If the Print dialog is opened from the Print Preview, the "Text placeholders"
option does not hide the text placeholder fields in the second and third
paragraphs.
If the Print dialog is opened from the default edit view, it works.

1. Open attachment 194449 from bug 161340
2/a. Open the Print dialog, go to the Writer tab
3/a. Uncheck the "Text placeholders" box
-> the text placeholder fields disappear from the Print dialog preview, also
from the document
2/b. Open the Print Preview, then Open the Print dialog, go to the Writer tab
3/b. Uncheck the "Text placeholders" box
-> the text placeholder fields do not disappear from the Print dialog preview
