It has been reported before.

Instead of waiting for some patch to solve the problem (which is what is
expected by reporting the problem), I am going to suggest a procedure that
might restore the situation to normal.

1. Close all LO documents, especially those related to Calc.
2. Start a new empty Calc spreadsheet.
3. Menu Tools > Options > Calc > View > (Window) Column/row headers. Change the
setting of this checkbox _once_, either from ON to OFF or from OFF to ON.
4. Click on APPLY.
5. If the setting in step 3 is now set to OFF, change it again to ON.
6. Click on APPLY first and then click on OK.
7. Close the new empty spreadsheet document, but do not close Calc. The
spreadsheet does not need to be saved.
8. Now open your problematic workbook.
9. Review the status of menu Tools > Options > Calc > View > (Window)
Column/row headers, and also the status of menu View > View Headers. If needed,
set both settings to ON.
10. Save and close the workbook.
11. Reopen the workbook.

Please report whether this procedure solved your original problem in the
specific workbook.
