Downloaded ZIP codes file from www.unitedstateszipcodes.org -- click the link
at the upper right, select Non-profit and enter an email for updates. You'll
get 3 download buttons, the top one is the one I'm using:

Load this file. On the first sheet:
Data->AutoFilter
Column B, unselect All, select PO BOX, OK
100% CPU, takes 45 seconds to process 42,735 rows of 15 columns to display
9,396 rows. Reverting to show All also takes 45 seconds.
