Description:
On Plasma 6 the behavior of clicking on a scrollbar changed: A click should
jump to the position in the document (nut just one page down/up).
The scrollbar in LO should adhere to this setting.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on scrollbar

jumps one page only
Expected Results:
Jump to position in document
