Select all and cut doesn't delete the content (but acts as copy) with track
changes record enabled in a specific case
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Make sure track changes record being enabled: Edit -> Track changes ->
record
2. CTRL+A
3. CTRL+X
Actual Results:
No deletion
Expected Results:
Content being removed from document
Reproducible: Always
