Could you elaborate what the actual problem is? I open the test document and it opens fine. It's a writer document with a graphic that displays correctly from what I can tell. Could you please check that this bug is still valid using LO 4.1b1 http://www.libreoffice.org/download/pre-releases/. In that case please add sime detailed info about what is going wrong and the exact steps to reproduce the problem. Setting to OS X due to bug description. Is that correct János?
