I have also manually corrected the file after opening it in LibreOffice using Windows 7. And I don't have a way to know whether this is a problem when saving the file from OpenOffice, or loading the file on LibreOffice. So, if you have no other netter with this problem, or you cannot reproduce this problem (or don't have an environment to reproduce this problem) on the version whether this bug was reported, you may resolve it as "version too old to be maintained".
