Despite your opinion this was a bug that has been fixed in some release. The original document was created 2017. Back then there was this issue and it remained till 2020-07 when I reported it. Haven't had a need to make updates until recently. Reported bug has been fixed but new one introduced (part of the drawing has disappeared). Dunno, if it makes sense to report because initial response seems to be to deny existence of a reported bug. Maybe developers are overloaded but whatever the reason may be this bug remained for years before got fixed probably via fixing something else.
