Description:
If I try to create a new database, I get the error "The connection to the data
source "New Database" could not be established." "The connection to the
external data source could not be established. No SDBC driver was found for the
URL 'sdbc:embedded:hsqldb'."

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open LibreOffice.
2. New > Database > Create a New Database.
3. Keep the default options and Finish.
4. Keep the default options and Finish.
5. Save.

Error message follows:

"The connection to the data source "New Database" could not be established."

"The connection to the external data source could not be established. No SDBC
driver was found for the URL 'sdbc:embedded:hsqldb'."

Actual Results:
6. There is a file. Open it.

7. Click on Tables.

Error message follows:

"The connection to the data source "New Database" could not be established."

"The connection to the external data source could not be established. No SDBC
driver was found for the URL 'sdbc:embedded:hsqldb'."

Expected Results:
... There ought to be a way ti create and edit a database.
