As a continuation of Bug 106733 "Implement ODF attribute fo:hyphenate to
exclude a portion of text from hyphenation".
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open context menu of a hyphenated word.
Actual Results:
No "No Break".
Expected Results:
Show also "No Break"
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
