Description:
When a change is applied to a footers format it will only appear in the footer
i specifically applied the change to. Only after restarting the program all
footers would update.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Format footer in a document with multiple pages, ie: create a border at the
top.
Actual Results:
The change wont be applied to all pages footers.
Expected Results:
It is supposed to automatically update on all pages dynamically.
Reproducible: Always
