The English help tells to choose "User-Defined", which is there. In Russian UI, that is "Особый", not "Пользовательский". But the idea behind the whole #3 in help is unclear. Why would one need to choose that item? One can go straight to #4? and enter an own custom format to the "Format Code" box - that would switch to the custom format automatically. I don't know if this should be moved or not.
