It seems, MSO doesn't follow the OOXML standard, using unknown hyphenation
zones depending on the language of the operating system. For example, the
attached document got 425 twips from Office 365 instead of the standardized 360
on a Hungarian operating system.

Microsoft "Open specification" mentions the difference, but the values are not
open:
