Problem description:
Non-experienced users cannot find quickly enough Edit/Links menu item to unlink
images from Internet/outbound sources.
Steps to reproduce:
Just try to put visually picture into the document. And stop Internet or wait
for a while, when webmaster would change paths.
Current behavior:
Non-experienced user have to go to Edit/Links menu item to unbind it.
Expected behavior:
This menu item have to be in context menu of picture object and in properties
tab of inserted picture.
