Description:
When adding watermark on document in writer, a new page header is added in the
document automatically and the pre-applied image descriptors from all the
images in document is removed.
It specifically happens with images taken from local directory. Online images
are not affected.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a new document in writer
2. Insert images from local directory
3. Add a watermark such as "Confidential" in document
4. Observe the image descriptors and header

Actual Results:
Header is added automatically and image descriptors are gone

Expected Results:
Only Watermark should be added to the document
