When a file with many A11Y warnings is opened, the A11Y sidebar lacks the
scroll bar.
1. Open attachment 123123 (just some random file I had at hand)
2. Open the A11Y sidebar
-> it does not have the scroll bar enabled. You need to click on one of the
warnings to have that turned on.
