All the functions in the "properties" for frames and pictures should work also
in footnotes.
It is possible to insert pictures and frames in footnotes. But it is impossible
to make the text wrap nicely around the picture.
Of course there are workarounds, such as inserting the necessary amount of
blank lines in the footnote text and insert the picture there. But "workaround"
= lack of function. So this is a request for an elementary function which
absolutely should be there.
