Spreadsheet with eight worksheets

Windows XP SP3

LibreOffice 4.0.4.1 RC1

I have a spreadsheet that was created in MSOffice 2003 and is now being edited
in Calc. This spreadsheet has multiple worksheets and I apply a Window freeze
to each worksheet. When saving the document as an xls the freeze panes are not
saved on subsequent worksheets. So if I edit and save worksheet #2, the freeze
is no longer applied to worksheets 4 - 8. However, if you go to the final
worksheet and save it, then reopen it, it works as expected. If the spreadsheet
is saved as an .ods, this problem does not occur. It appears that this is
similar to Bug #62074, which was marked as RESOLVED DUPLICATE of bug 61060. I
have attached a spreadsheet that you can verify this behavior with.
