Once I removed installed a newer version of AutoHotkey the problem went away. So it sounds like one way we can encounter the problem is due to interference from outside applications but why is it only Libre that is encountering the problem? Also, we've encountered problems in Libre when Vulkan Libraries were installed (Win10).
