Description:
No LibreOffice application is able to insert the attached SVG picture.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open an new Writer, Calc, Impress or Draw document
2. Try to insert the attached SVG picture
Actual Results:
Only a very small frame without picture content is inserted.
Expected Results:
The SVG picture should be inserted properly.
Reproducible: Always
