Please see the artifacts listed here: https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/org.libreoffice If you look into program/classes folder of LibreOffice, you may find a lot of JAR files. These are not part of the SDK installation, they are part of LibreOffice installation itself. In case of com.sun.star.lib.loader package, I could download this Jar file, which contains that package.
