Self-confirming, as the issue was originally reported on the a11y mailing list
by another user and I can reproduce.

Using NVDA's Python console, it can be seen that the dialog is actually
considered the current focus object by NVDA:

    >>> focus.name
    'AutoCorrect'
    >>> focus.role
    <Role.DIALOG: 4>

This could be due to a missing focus event for the edit that has keyboard
focus.
