So you reproduce on Windows 10 but not Windows 11.

Which object(s) exactly show the issue?
Is it related to View > Formatting Marks?

There are a few different reports relating to different objects' non-automatic
border (or boundary) colour being a problem in dark mode, so we need to be
specific.
