There is no option "OK". There is "Open R/O", "Open Copy" and "Open". The last
of them basically ignores the warning, if you want to live dangerously. I
suppose you picked "Open R/O".

I don't reproduce this. The way I tested this was by using a Windows guest
virtual machine to open the same file on two operating systems at the same
time.

Is this somehow connected to your network share setup? Can you reproduce the
issue in another way?
