Demo containing a hyperlink and instructions for seeing the bug.
If a hyperlink is edited with rightclick->Edit Hyperlink, then clicking on the
icon to the right of the Target (URL) field opens a browser window which always
gets a "file not found" error. The URL given to the browser is always
"http://";
Steps to reproduce:
Open the attached demo document and examine the hyperlink it contains
(instructions are in the document).
