The HDMI is the connection and shouldn't be relevant, but your screen seems to
be 4K with max resolution of 3840 × 2160 so you probably use a scaling factor,
which might be linked to the issue.

Let' see if other HiDPI display users can confirm as well.

I not that when I saw the issue, the amount that was hidden depended on how
many lines I had in the comment (in a cyclical way). So if someone else tests,
make sure you insert quite a few lines of text.
