Description:
I have a new PC with Windows 11. Libre Office loads extremely slowly [1.5-->2+
minutes]. AMD Ryzen 7 processor. I have a Ryzen 5 Laptop with Windows 10 for
comparison; and Libre there loads in 15~>20 seconds tops. Have tried loading
different versions of Libre Office; went back to 7.x for experiment... Nothing
worked. Once the initial load is done, subsequent components load in normal
time (documents, spreadsheets, drawings, etc.)
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load Libre Office (no other components open)
2. Wait...

Actual Results:
IMPORTANT: Only happens in Windows 11
Functions normally in Windows 10
Expected Results:
Maximum 20 second load time
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
