It’s good with concise names. 
In the other options dialogues I didn’t find any “Other”, so keeping
"Miscellaneous" could be an option?

Aligning with the terminology of “Allow animated images”, I suggest “Allow
other animations:” with the options “System”/”No”/”Yes”.
Combining the phrase “Enable other animations” with the options “Disable” (and
the rest), feels strange to me.

As suggested by Stéphane, I reordered the options (and aligned the allowance
terminology). Here’s the result:
