Yes the "U+2060 WORD JOINER" (WJ) already does display with the <Ctrl><F10>
toggle.

But the "U+2028 LINE SEPERATOR" has never been directly parsed with that role
on canvas. Rather, the <Shift><Enter> keyboard sequence in VCL provides that
role--and renders a non-editable "U+21b2 DOWNWARDS ARROW WITH TIP LEFTWARDS" as
a Non-printing Character display.

Not clear there is utility to doing anything with the U+2028 codepoint, but it
would be handled as for bug 58434.

An sample document to display NPC handling is attachment 112798 from that bug.
